The secret is that we don't deep-fry our chicken, we broast it. It’s a process that cooks the chicken under pressure and intense heat. The cooking time is cut in half and the meat is always tender and moist. It’s never greasy and is cooked to perfection. People drive for miles and sometimes eat here 2-3 times per week.
